SINOMV Recognized as an “Outstanding Member” by the China Printing Association
On December 23, the 45th Anniversary Conference on High-Quality Development of China’s Printing Industry, together with the Expanded Meeting of the 10th Council (Second Session) of the China Printing Association (CPA), was held in Beijing.
At the event, Beijing SINOMV Technologies Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “SINOMV”) was awarded the title of “Outstanding Member Organization” by the CPA.
This recognition reflects the Association’s high acknowledgment of SINOMV’s long-term commitment to driving high-quality development in the printing industry through technological innovation.

Driving Quality Advancement Through Technological Innovation
Technological innovation is the core engine of industrial upgrading. For many years, SINOMV has focused on the deep integration of AI vision inspection technologies with printing processes, applying advanced AI algorithms and machine vision to overcome long-standing quality inspection challenges across multiple printing stages.
Since 2018, SINOMV has continuously introduced industry-leading intelligent inspection solutions:
- 2018
In collaboration with Henan Xinhua Printing Group, SINOMV developed the industry’s first offset printing offline image inspection system, significantly improving first-article inspection and sampling efficiency. The project received the Second Prize of the CPA Science and Technology Award.
- 2019
As part of the National Press and Publication Administration’s intelligent book manufacturing pilot line, and under the guidance of the China Academy of Printing Technology, SINOMV partnered with Beijing Shengtong Printing to develop the industry’s first offset printing inline inspection system, enabling real-time, 100% inspection during printing.
- 2021
SINOMV again collaborated with Henan Xinhua to launch the industry’s first web offset inline inspection system, capable of precise inspection at speeds of up to 45,000 sheets per hour, earning another Second Prize of the CPA Science and Technology Award.
- 2025
SINOMV independently developed the Rotary Precision Waste Removal System, currently the only domestic solution capable of single-sheet, alternating-sheet, and continuous waste removal.
During the same period, SINOMV jointly developed a six-side book appearance inspection system with Henan Xinhua, enabling accurate detection and automatic rejection of defects such as folded corners, lamination bubbles, spine misalignment, and trimming errors.
Today, SINOMV has established a full-process quality control system covering prepress (digital file verification and file-to-print inspection), printing (offline and inline inspection), and postpress (folding inspection and six-side book inspection).
Its capabilities in color inspection, digital file inspection, AI algorithms, intelligent classification, and defect modeling are now among the industry’s leading standards.
Supporting Industry Transformation Through Proven Practice
As competition intensifies and new technologies accelerate adoption, printing enterprises are shifting from isolated equipment upgrades to full-process digital and intelligent transformation.
SINOMV’s end-to-end quality digital management system and quality-driven agile smart factory solutions have been successfully implemented at enterprises including Henan Xinhua, Liaoning Xinhua, Nanjing Amity Printing, and Jiangsu Phoenix Xinhua Printing Group. These solutions have delivered measurable improvements in print quality, production efficiency, cost control, and management decision-making.
In parallel, SINOMV actively responds to CPA initiatives by sharing practical transformation experiences through technical seminars, roundtable discussions, and smart factory site visits. These efforts provide replicable and actionable references for small and medium-sized printing enterprises facing challenges in digital transformation.

Looking Ahead
The title of “Outstanding Member Organization” represents both recognition and responsibility.
As a designated Digital Printing Reform Pilot Unit and a Supporting Organization for the Printing Industry Digitalization Three-Year Action Plan (2025–2027) under the National Press and Publication Administration, SINOMV will continue to uphold innovation-driven development.
Guided by industry associations and market needs, SINOMV remains committed to delivering advanced AI vision inspection technologies and smart factory solutions—contributing to the high-quality and intelligent development of the global printing industry.
