To ensure that all primary and secondary school students across Sichuan Province receive their textbooks before the new semester, Sichuan Xinhua Winshare Publishing & Media Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Xinhua Winshare) faced two major challenges: extremely tight production timelines and exceptionally high quality requirements.

Founded in 1945, Liaoning Xinhua Printing Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Liaoning Publishing Group, is a key enterprise in China’s educational publishing and printing industry. The company focuses on printing textbooks and educational publications, serving more than ten provinces across the country, and has earned a strong reputation in the industry for high quality and reliable delivery.

In the autumn semester of 2025, a new batch of textbooks revised under the latest national curriculum standards was officially introduced across Jiangsu Province. To meet the higher requirements for textbook printing quality, nearly 60 sets of online and offline inspection systems have been installed in designated printing enterprises across the province. These include companies under the Phoenix Publishing & Media Group, as well as Huaiyin Xinhua, Nanjing Amity Printing, and Suzhou Mycolor, among others.

On September 18–19, the 2025 Printing & Packaging Industry Economic Forum and National Printing Managers Annual Conference was successfully held in Hangzhou. The event attracted over 300 professionals from across China’s printing industry, focusing on strategies for transformation, upgrading, and sustainable business growth. Mr. Jiang Yongquan, Marketing Manager of SINOMV Technologies, delivered a keynote speech titled “Practical Approaches to Building Quality-Driven Smart Factories”, providing SMEs with valuable insights and reference cases for digital transformation.

The 3rd Printing Digital Factory Construction Promotion Conference, held in Tianjin from June 26 to 27, 2025, successfully gathered experts, academics, and enterprise leaders under the theme “Unlocking Data Value, Deepening Application Scenarios.” The event served as a key platform for the printing industry to explore new pathways in digital transformation.
